Welcome to Heartstone Academy! This document outlines our tuition and financial policies for the 2025-2026 school year to ensure a clear understanding for all families.

 A non-refundable enrollment fee of $250 per child is required.
This fee is due within 7 days of your child's acceptance into Heartstone Academy. 

Heartstone Academy offers programs for children ages 5 and up. More class options and age groups are expected to be added every year. Regular school hours are during the times 8:15 AM – 3:00 PM. Tuition is based on a 34-week program, with monthly payments. The first day of school will be August 11^th, 2025. The school year will end May 21^st, 2026.

Disclaimer: you may only choose one of the program options, you may not pick and choose days.

Full-Time Programs  
5 Days/Week: Mon - Fri   
Roots: $1,795 per month  

Part-Time Programs 
3 Days/Week: M/W/F      
Roots: $1159 per month    

2 Days/Week: T/Th 
Roots: $839 per month    

(Optional) Elective Programs
5 Days Per Week: (M/W/F & T/Th)
A skill-based educational elective class will be available 3:15pm-5:00pm for 5 days per week.
Every week will have available 2 different types of electives, one 3 days per week, and the other 2 days per week. Programs will be 8-10 weeks in length and will be determined one month prior to launch.
Elective classes are priced separately and are dependent on the type of program that is set. Prepayment will be required for attendance.

There are no early drop-off or late pick up options available.

Tuition can be paid using one of the following methods:

Annually: One single payment for the entire 34-week program, due at the start of the academic year. (10% discount)
Semi-Annually: Two equal payments, due at the start of the academic year and mid-year. (5% discount)
Monthly: Due on the first day of each month.

Tuition is processes via our school's software Our School Hangout.

A late fee of $75 will be charged for any tuition payment not received within 10 business days after the due date.

A late pickup fee will be charged in 5 minutes increments past 3:15pm, with every 5 minutes costing $10.

Families may change program options for their child for the upcoming school year without penalty before August 1^st, except for the non-refundable enrollment fee.
     
Any withdrawals made between August 1^st and the beginning of the school year will incur a charge of 20% of the total tuition because of potential prevention of another student enrolling in the program and the commitment of that tuition for budgeting and staffing decisions.
     
Dismissals from the program will be released from their contract, with a charge of the days attending school plus 20% of the total tuition to cover expenses and lost tuition because of the dismissal.
