Welcome to Heartstone Academy! This document outlines our tuition and financial policies to ensure a clear understanding for all families.

 A non-refundable enrollment fee of $250 per child is required.
This fee is due within 7 days of your child's acceptance into Heartstone Academy. 

Heartstone Academy offers programs for Daycare, Preschool, and Kindergarten and after school clubs. Ages 1-6 are eligible. Regular school hours are during the times 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM. Tuition is based on a 34-week program, with monthly payments. The first day of school will be August 11^th, 2025. The school year will end May 21^st, 2026.

Full-Time Programs  
5 Days/Week: Mon - Fri

Daycare: $1,895 per month  
Preschool: $1,785 per month  
Kindergarten: $1,785 per month  

Part-Time Programs 
3 Days/Week: M/W/F

Daycare: $1229 per month  
Preschool: $1159 per month  
Kindergarten: $1159 per month    

2 Days/Week: T/Th
   
Daycare: $890 per month  
Preschool: $839 per month  
Kindergarten: $839 per month    

After School Clubs  
5 Days/Week: Optional 
After school clubs will be available 3:00pm-5:00pm.  
After school clubs are available only to preschool and kindergarten ages.
Daily rate is $14/day.

Tuition can be paid using one of the following methods:

Annually: One single payment for the entire 34-week program, due at the start of the academic year.
Semi-Annually: Two equal payments, due at the start of the academic year and mid-year.
Monthly: Due on the first day of each month.

Tuition is processes via our school's software Our School Hangout.

A late fee of $75 will be charged for any tuition payment not received within 10 business days after the due date.

A late pickup fee will be charged in 5 minutes increment with every 5 minutes costing $10.

Families may change program options for their child for the upcoming school year without penalty before July 1^st, except for the non-refundable enrollment fee. •      
Any withdrawals made between July 1^st and the beginning of the school year will incur a charge of 20% of the total tuition because of potential prevention of another student enrolling in the program and the commitment of that tuition for budgeting and staffing decisions. •      
Dismissals from the program will be released from their contract, with a charge of the days attending school plus 20% of the total tuition to cover expenses and lost tuition because of the dismissal.
